Great manipulation. I love the effect created, like it was a drawing almost. Also, the absence of color, except for the eye, draws much interest and focus to the eye. Excellent!

The hair is done extremly well as well as the shadows - I just love the b&w with the blue eye, I think it is a little grainy though

Haven't seen anything quite like this.
The color-casting deal is done quite a bit, and always looks good (which is why it's common), but I haven't seen it with the combination of ragged yet flowy shadowing, and textured hair.
I've looked at it for a while, and it's pretty cool--I won't mind looking at it often.
