Some doodles I made as a surprise gift for a Leliana cosplayer I met at Comic Park in Erfurt.
I think it's pointless to mention how much she loved it. It's always a good feeling to make random strangers happy.

Leliana and her nugs are a love story in its own right.
I've always loved that moment in the game when her approval of your player character is high enough so you can give her one as a gift. She calls it Schmooples.

Judith, the cosplayer, couldn't believe my girlfriend and I did this for her. She almost screamed in joy and could barely hide her tears.
And her first comprehensive comment was something like "I could never draw a nug so well."

Aaaah, du hättest Judiths Reaktion sehen müssen. Wie oben geschrieben, kannten wir sie absolut gar nicht und wenn wir nicht am Tag vorher ihre Kollegin Gloria im absolut fantastischen Knight-Commander Meredith Kostüm gesehen hätten, hätten wir nicht mal gewusst, dass in Erfurt ne Leliana rumläuft. Sie hat sich so wahnsinnig gefreut und konnte erst mal gar nicht fassen, dass das für sie war.

Aww, they're so cute! I've always had a love-hate relationship with the nugs. They are so cute, but in Inquisition the noises they make are (for me) spine-chilling...

Ah... after encountering Schmooples in Origins, I've always felt sad when my party (accidentally or not) killed some of these creatures. But I agree with you on the noise part... their little hands are okay, but their squeaking - stuff of nightmares!
