This is just a WIP. The title says lady of lLyn y fan fach ( a lake)Growing up this was one of my favourite stories from the mabinogion
( welsh folk tales).Its about a young man, who one day while tending to his sheep and watching over them meets the woman that dwells in the lake in the mountains and falls in love with her. The tale obviously has much more to it than that so please go and read it, its fantastic.

Im not sure, I was really little when I heard it in school and since i went to an all welsh school -no eglish- It sounded so beautiful in welsh, the happyness, the sadness, the wonder. And also we made a song of it from a choir and i remeber feeling all the words as if I were in the tale. Also the Lake in which the story is set isnt far from my house, just in the mountains over.

I would imagine it sounds better in Welsh. I saw some images of the Lake, it reminds me of songs.

Yep! music is basically wales. Wales is like one big song, from the language, to the scenery, to the rain..thats what it is like for me anyway!
