I was going to do a series of portrait fanarts, but when I was drawing Russia...I just gave up OTL
My favorite character is England/Arthur Kirkland, and I am determined to make a fan art of him while my fandom is still running

Ah, this is a quite interesting drawing! Looks like it's watercolors, which really gives it a sublime effect. His eyes are nice, and the hair's shading and overall shape is spot-on.
