No, it's not available online. There were some reports and I made an Autorun CD out of them and I used this icon as the representative icon of the CD (the one shown in windows explorer when you insert the disk into the CD-ROM).
It's not some program anyone can download and install! It was just a single report CD!
I get paid for that single program. Again I'm sorry for not asking permission.
