I love how Neji seems to be protectively embracing Hinata, while there's this small mischievous grin on Hinata's face.

Incest has quite a bad reputation but the whole thing about "ew, deformed babies!" is made a much bigger thing that it really is.
That chances of having deformed babies because of incest are low.
True, they are higher than between normal couples, but still very low.
It's only through years of inbreeding that deformation becomes a serious problem.
