Description I DREW CHANG I must be cool now
Yeah, well, I'm working on him anyway. He's growing on me.

The Haddock pose was drawn while I was coming up with that comic-thing I posted a little while ago. I liked it and thus included it here. And at the top Haddock is sewing Tintin's arm shut. Those badasses.

Oh and the black scribble on Tintin's arm was actually done prior to me drawing the pose. They just sort of unfortunately collided.

I only ship Tintin with two people and two people only...

First is TintinxHaddock that is my first and main choice that makes the most sense to me

My second choice would be TintinxChang... for more symbolic reasons than anything... art immitating life HergeXTchang...

Some of your Tintin art strikes me as having a hidden storyline. The bloodied up Tintin piece prior to this would go first, with an equally damaged Haddock stitching up the aftermath at the top of this page. Afterward, they silently mull over the godawful, harrowing day with a bottle of whiskey between them ("you and me and the bottle makes three"). I don't know if it's unintentional, but I like how your mind seems to connect sketches together

Also, damn, loving the dynamic lines and poses all over this page. Do you attend many life drawing classes? You have a good eye for human form.

YOUUUUUU are awesome. Now that it's been mentioned, I think there's a feeling of continuity in the very back of my mind that sort of underlies what I produce over a certain period of time and connects them in a way. That's...wow, that's awesome, hah!

For, say, the last two months, I've been drawing from photos nearly every day before I draw anything else (or without drawing anything else). With that, I've learned that if anyone has any problems with drawing, that is probably what they're not doing. It's a bit magical how much you learn just from drawing real things. Another part of it is inspiration - I've never been so inspired by anything as I have with Tintin, so it makes for great subject matter.

Hahaha happy to bring attention to your unconscious methodology It's very cool that you're so determined to move forward with your art. Drawing from life is always the best way to learn, and it's something I need to do more frequently.

Oh my GLOB!! This is....AMAZING!! Even if they're sketches and doodles(which is the art medium I'm a HUGE fan of), this is one of the most impressive! It gets me pumped to see all those lines and positions they're in. Makes me want to try doing some serious! >w< Keep up with the awesome line work

Oo! Wow! Thanks! After all of these years and actually doing a fair amount of colour work, I still don't see the appeal, heh. I will always prefer sketches and linework is my illegitimate child.

You're very welcome Don't get me wrong, the colored works are good too and brings the artwork to life. I can totally understand what you mean because I began to color in my artwork so it doesn't look too bland Aww and I find it cute you see it as a child

Hah, heh, yeahh. I guess sometimes, rarely, I want to colour things to add depth or if what I've drawn is especially cute, but I usually just go for shades of grey, lol. |3

Ohh I definitely know how that is! XD Though I wish I could add some shades on it like you did but I'm, as my art professor once said, afraid of the dark :c. So that's why I have the option to either leave it with just lines or color it...Still, whether it's colored or not, I like the way you do your drawings! ^w^ I hope for you to keep it up!!
