Description Photo by *lokinst (he is such a skilled photographer ... *_*).
I asked him several days before the Connichi in germany for a shooting and he kindly agreed.
Made me really happy, it was the first time I asked someone I didn't and he actually agreed.
I'm not a popular model it seems haha ^^
On the photo I lay on wall about 10m above the ground xD Some friends almost got an heartattack when I stumbled while trying to lay down ^^
I look a bit tanned on this photo ... but normally I'm really really pale.

It's one of my newest costumes <3

When I watched and read Trinity Blood and saw some artworks I knew I had to made something from this series. First I thought about Catherina but ... well ... just look at the artworks and you know, why I decided to make Esther first
(NO, anime-versions were not an option )

I made it during the summer after I finished school, I had plenty of time, so I thought it's a good oppurtunity, since I wouldn't have that much time anymore when I start my studies.
It took me about 6 weeks though there are still some details missing ...

I guess this one is the most complicated costume I ever made ... really.
The dress itself wasn't difficult, it was just a lot of work because I needed to adjust it several times so it looked like Esther's dress and the seams were edged with almost 30m ribbon.
The underskirt was REALLY unnerving. You see all the patterns on the skirt? It was difficult to find artworks, which matches in the patterns, because most artworks only showed a small part...
And painting only the lower part took me over a week of intense work (~6-8 hours a day), the upper part is still missing.
And then all her jewellery. The biggest problem wasn't modelling it but rather to find a way making it solid enough to survive a con ... and several cuddling friends

Sadly many details a rarely noticed, e.g. the "armor" on her back, the little chains on her sleeves and one of her cross-pendants hanging at the side.

But I really really like it.
I think it suits me and I will wear it again for sure.... it was to much work to wear it only once or twice.
And next time I maybe have my Abel A MALE one ^_^

Vielen lieben Dank
