Description t’s a bustle skirt made with brocade fabric and trimmed in black lace.
The upper part is made of an elastic fabric, due to fit all sizes, and for a more comfortable wear.
It’s perfect for a Steampunk or Victorian or Burlesque costume. It fits perfectly under a corset, or an underburst.
