The colors of this pallet go so well together and they're blended well. Your shading is good and nice use of the blur effect. I love how this Mika looks. <3
My only critique is honestly that proportions are just a bit off between the head and the shoulders, which can sometimes throw the rest of the body off. Hands are a bit small as well-- keep in mind their proportion to the head, for example.
One part of the body is in some proportion to another, and honestly it's a difficult thing to learn/get used to.
