I had a dream the other day about playing a modern day Legend of Zelda game so I decided to draw a modern day version of Link. I Went mostly with the adventuring aspect as not many people carry around swords and bows these days and giving link and other kind of weapon just felt awful. So he's just a carefree adventurer.Navi has been replaced by a cellphone that's broken and rings every 2 minutes to update him on how many missed calls he has.
I also tried a new coloring style. Its a little bit more work but I like it. What do you guys think?

I once set this a friend's message tone, and had help from another to make it really difficult to change it. He didn't speak to me for a week.

Reminds me of my bf kinda. I wrote a modern day zelda thing because I had a dream WW ganondorf was playable in brawl that aside I love the torn pants, potoon belt and REALLY love the cellphone lol great job

Thanks! Yeah drawing torn stuff is actually really fun. And for Navi I tried to come up with something that can be totally annoying yet essential to his adventures.

I like the coloring a bunch. from a perspective of being a derp with shading i find it particularly impressive. It's a fun idea--would love to see what you'd do with the others!
