The Blind Bandit cried as she held her tiny son. Her child was doomed to to live in darkness, and there was nothing she could do. He would be crippled and helpless for the rest of his life and all Toph could do was cry...Wait a minute...

10 years passed and she found herself once again in Earth Rumble 6 exept this time, she was amongst the audience, cheering on for the champion-to-be... Daichi the Blind Bandit.

It's sorta bitter sweet, Daichi becomes blind after falling from a short distance in the southern air temple, but instead of treating him "crippled and helpless" Toph trained him to see through earthbending. . . .oh and he uses her name

Okey. He was playing in the temple after Aang told him NOT to cause he was tending to sick Toph and the sky was foggy.
Daichi ignored Aang, went to play outside anyways.
NExt thing he knew the ground beneath him gave in, the fall wasn't enough to kill him but it was enough to blind him
Katara could heal the jagged wounds on his eyes, repair the skin arround it and leave no marks, but she couldn't heal his eyes

You should draw the scene of Daichi facing someone in the Rumble... The Boulder old and decrepid or something like that.
