I used some blending modes/opacity in Illustrator for hair spots to bring some highlights out

I had to learn new hair creation method
& I love her facial expresion and that was my motivation.
I think your vector work would be really gr8, 'coz in my eyes u'r the master in Vectorart mainly because u'r Admin of #vector-artists (and u deserve this position)
