I have a slew of allergies also, but I find that when I'm in the woods they don't other me... unless I stand beside a maple or birch tree while its in bloom.

My sympathies Birch is my most favourite deciduous tree, but I can't go near one in the spring either. Its a good thing they're not common in my neighbourhood.
