This one is a bit older that has been recently retouched via my new favie toy, Intuos 3! My little trick is to photoshop it using only the smudge tool to blend colors together to give the image a painted look, which has been working really well for me. This pic is a fire genie (or efreeti), one of the four elemental guardians.
