Long time since you posted this comment but I thought I'd let you know that Elena is going to be added in Ultra Street Fighter 4.

The last additions were Oni, Evil Ryu, and the twins for SSF4:AE. I was floored that Elena hasn't made the cut yet. I was sure she was on the list for SSF4. There are still yearly patches. Maybe 2013 if we don't get an entirely new release. I think they're just going to keep supporting the SF4 engine.
