Agreed; plus the fact that Kishimoto is slowly turning every single member of the Uchiha clan into this half-human-half-God with (discutably) the purest heart that had been tainted by the cruel world, blah blah blah... And I'm just not into this whole Deus ex Machina style they "earn" their jutsu, and they all seem too Mary Sue-ish/Gary Stu-ish to me. Kishimoto is trying too hard to achieve this "flawed to perfection" archetype and for me, he is failing. *scowls*

I agree, I couldn't help but laugh at all the Uchiha fluff, then they're suddenly like "better kill my best friend"!
It's like out of nowhere they all have unlimited power that makes the Byakuugan look like crap in comparison.
Right now, the Uchiha's are really fucking up the story line. All I wanted was some character development and closure for my favorite characters (you know, the original characters that I grew to love since the beginning) and out of nowhere it's like an Uchiha family reunion

My and my friend get constantly angry at the (as we call it) Kishi-logic of the whole series. Uchiha are passing their eyeball around like it was a cigarette or something; and Kishimoto completely ignores that people have brains and blood vessels and nerves and stuff like that which are supposed to work in some - specific - way. Gah.
The unlimited, all of nowhere appearing amount of power is however the thing that annoys me the most. You always see Naruto working his butt off; we know that Sakura had spent three years training to be as strong as she is now; and even though the storyline focuses on Sasuke almost as much as on Naruto (even though the manga is NOT called Sasuke, damn it Kishimoto), you never see him try. He never has tried. Ever. When something doesn't go his way, what does he do? He runs to creepy pedophiles and listens to people who want to destroy the world and then BAM! - here is a brand new technique for you, Sasuke, since you are so popular and handsome, you deserve it. This frustrates me so much.

Same here! Especially with the other characters, Shino was supposed to be 2nd in the academy behind Sasuke, but it's like him and every other classmate they had just suddenly stopped growing stronger. We hardly see them and all the emphasis is on Naruto, Sasuke, and Sakura getting trained by the sannin. All their friends are still ninjas, their livelihood is training and going on missions!
I get what you mean by Kishi-logic, it's pretty much impossible that they all WOULDN'T be getting stronger!
