How yamori and meisa met: Meisa became a loner after her only brother was killed by CCG agents. Meisa likes to hide in the shadows and keep a low profile of herself but deep down she was also very lonely craving a partner to do what she enjoyed doing with together which was simple things like eating, sleeping and then her violent habit which was torturing her victims, it came from the fact she was very bitter towards human beings as they had taken everything from her. One night meisa was hunting and she had killed her human prey which was a male civilian, while consuming him in a dark alley way she stopped eating as she felt a shadow and when she used her nose she could tell it was jason, also known as yamori. Yamori was looking for a fight and meisa did not really want to fight him but she ended up doing so and it resulted in quite a even match although yamori was clearly a bit stronger.

Meisa deep down had admired him, for his strength and because yamori had beaten her she offered him some of her human prey, he smirked and accepted the gift and then after that meisa made a offer, for them to hunt together when he came into the city, they started to do that more and more often until they began a closer relationship which started as sadistic passion. Meisa was fast at regenerating which pleased yamori as he liked to bite and chop parts off her off during intimate or playful moments, she allowed this as she was quite the sadistic person herself but she was also desperate for company. She began to rely on yamori more than he would ever know and when she got news that he had been taken down she mourned him and would do so for the rest of her life but yamori was not around to realise that he had left meisa with a child so when the child was born meisa would raise the child alone.

Yamori had never spoke about meisa to nico or naki who were considered yamori's closest allies but there were simply some things that yamori wanted to keep his own personal business. Meisa was aware of naki and nico from word that got around in the city but she decided to remain a recluse for the safety of her and yamori's child which would eventually be born as a baby boy. Despite the fact meisa was sadistic, when she gave birth to her son it mellowed her personality quite a bit and she would do anything, even give her life to protect her child.

It was unclear to meisa whether yamori had ever loved her, but what she did know was that he liked her and kept going back to her when he could during his life time due to the fact they shared similar interests but whether or not yamori was ever capable of love was something she would never know.
