Originally a tropical bird Pokémon, but Volkeet have been introduced in more northern regions as pets. When some Volkeet got released, they started a succesful new population in these regions.

I love the design for these guys. What is the name Chockatoo from? I know it's a cockatoo, but why not Shockatoo (electric shock)? Am i missing something with 'Chock'?

I thought C looked better in the name than S
Pronounciation would be the same as shock though.
