Man this pic has a cool feel. Did you play with RAW options before using Photoshop or whichever program? I would love to do this to some pics of my bike. Any tips you can give me would be awesome.

I actually bracketed +2 and -2 and merged all three of my RAW images in Photomatix Pro in order to get the high dynamic range. This is going to work best with a dslr or a digital camera that will let you over and under expose on purpose and a tripod or really steady setup is a must! Feel free to note me if you have more questions and I'll try to explain as I can.
