My 1st logon xp ^included :
_ Background
_LogonUI.exe
(note:u must have Tuneup Untilities)
if it have some bugs pls tell me then i will fix it

Try "Create new.." > "Search local drivers" then pick a picture what you wanna be the logon background > Save logon screen > Well done

This is ABSOLUTELY AWSOME
but i found a bug... i mean its not actually a bug... it is because my screen is a little smaller than the resolution this was made for
