Description
From an alien race known as the Hellbugs Lady Cicada disguises herself as Rachel Reed a student at East City Academy (the same school that Snapp attends and Quantum lectures at). In her off time she becomes Lady Cicada with tremendous strength, Hellbug claws, Super smell sense, and most notably a super sonic screech. Oddly enough, however, Hellbugs cannot shapeshift or screech so there may be more to her than meets the eye.Related content

Being that she's an alien and from a war race she's a bit of both. She doesn't really understand the human concepts of good and bad but tries her best but her inability to understand makes things difficult along with her not caring really if she gets it wrong
