OH GOD SYMMETRY.This one was actually a lot of fun to do. It was sitting on my shelf for a while because I had just painted it blue and didn't know what to do next. Then I tried to paint a dragon on it, but that didn't look very good, so I left it alone for a while again. Eventually I started making random lines on it, and it looked pretty good, so I went with it. This one is definitely my new favorite.

Exactly. Definitely that what I think of when I look at Kanohi masks. Some kind of warrior from the Pacific Ocean islands with tribal markings all over his body. Excellent! Fav'd!

I really love how it looks. Parts of the mask make me think of different tribes from Bionicle, and some of the shapes just look good!

No, But I might make some in the future. Armor takes a bit longer to paint though, just because of the sheer surface area.

Yeah, that makes sense. I ask cause if I were gonna humor the idea of painted parts such as the one's you've brilliantly produced, I'd want the aesthetic to cover more than just a single mask/part. I'd at least want some kind of set to present on the MOC throughout. This is why I've never bothered to use my Crystal Avohki, it looks silly being the only part of its kind on anything.
