Oh so beautiful! I love the contrast between the light, bright sky and the dark trees. Beautiful sun rays. I love how the clouds pick up the light. And all those shades of blue!

Yes, it was, I think this was the one we got a few minutes of dime sized hail from. I ran for the barn on that, but it was pretty loud hitting against the tin roof, I was going to tell you I had it on youtube, but I see you've already been there!

Yup. lol. It didn't even occur to me to check out your channel until you subscribed to mine. Thanks by the way, I never really post anything. Though, that might change once we get the computer set up again. I have an old account with some old home videos of the kids attatched to an old e-mail address. I might have left comments from both accounts though. We coudln't figure out how to change the address and keep the account, so Dan just made a new youtube account for me. It's confusing. Rather, I'm forgetful, er scatter brained and flighty.

I'm always amazed at our storms here. They say it is due to the unique landscape of this region, that we have the kind of thunderstorms that we do here. I guess the clouds build and get rolling when they come over the Rockie mountains, and then they just sweep right through all the plains which are so flat there's nothing to stop them so they build up a lot of momentum. The worst storms hit all through the plains, but we are kind of at the edge, so we still get some amazing displays of nature here. We had a good little thunder boomer last night. It came late in the middle of the night, but I woke up and saw the lightening flashes, and then heard the rain hit. It was good timing though, we just got most of our fields planted and they needed a drink.

we don't have those kind of storms here,or maybe very very rarely like last summer!
But like you said,sometimes it is good to have heavy rains so plants get theres drinks!
