Thanks The idea for her powers actually came from Marshal Bravestarr (80s cartoon in a sort of western setting, but with magic and high tech stuff, if you're not familiar with it), but I guess the concept for his powers has a lot of similarities with Vixen.

I do prefer her as a blonde, but I know there are already alot of blondes in your heroine line-up.  Have you ever thought of making Leopard Lady a red-head?  I believe Marvel's Shanna the She-Devil jungle girl character was originally a red-head.
