Yea! I'm majoring in Graphic Design with a concentration on Illustration, hopefully it will make a living, haha.

If that's what you want, it will. Can you tell me how exactly you practise? I mean, eg. what are you taught at school etc. I'm interested in being an artist myself and I just want to know about it as much as I can.

For the cartoon-y drawings, like this one, I mostly just draw from my head.. but for anything more realistic, I either use stock photos (or just search google images), photos I've taken for the purpose of drawing them, or live models in class... The live models definitely helped the most.
