Great job! Nice work on the wing anatomy. This sketch has a nice flow to it.
I know what you mean, I tend to be the same way. I'll fuss and fidget with a drawing for quite a while until it's just right. However, I don't always have the time to do so.
Is Sketch Dailies a group or contest of some kind?

To be honest I don't use twitter much but I've started to more since I've found it. There's no "prizes" just inspiration and a chance for some publicity by them retweeting your work. I think they do a good job of highlighting interesting drawings and I enjoy checking to see what new pictures they've picked to show off.
