Description
Treated myself to a new anime the last couple of days to take a break between studying. I chose Valvrave the Liberator/ Kakumeiki Valvrave because it's been a while since i've seen a mecha anime.These are my favourite characters, L-Elf Karlstein (left) and Haruto Tokishima (right) in my designed canine versions. Haruto's the sort of dumb, naive kid I just love in an anime character. L-Elf's just awesome, haha.
Looking forward to the second season~

I tried copying the actual character's eyes so they look more like their human selves. xP

I kinda like it. It's different from the normal eyes you use but I think it adds a different perspective to your characters; kind of reflecting their human origins.

Most people haven't seen the anime, much less heard of it, unfortunately. I get odd looks when I mention Valvrave to people who are solely caught up on Naruto and Bleach. :\

That sort of reminds me of someone I met not too long ago. They mentioned they watched anime, so I asked her if she'd watched series like Darker than Black, Code Geass, Gurren Lagann or Eureka Seven, but she just looked at me funny. So I just said, "what about Naruto and Fairy Tail?"
And of course she was like "OH MY GOD I LOVE THEM".
Some people don't know what good anime is. Seriously.

I'm planning to! I've just been busy with work so much I only have time to come home and eat dinner then sleep.
But yeah, I got in an argument with some guy about actual good anime and all he talked about was Naruto. He was like "What anime do you watch then?" so I listed off "Higurashi, Bokurano, Evangelion and FLCL" and the guy legitimately stopped talking.

It's just your generic anime. Fights for 10 whole episodes. Dramatic, unnecessary speeches to take up time. 2D characters...
Dragon Ball already did that, and was 10x better, even if I can't remember it. xD

I think Naruto has a lot of potential but most of that died of when they made what should have been a final season and continued it anyways. I don't really follow the anime anymore but I still play the Storm games that come out for the Xbox since they are some of the best fighting games I've played. Next to DBZ Budokai Tenkaichi 3 xD

Meh, never really like the ninja genre. I enjoy fighting, but it has to be good fights, like the ones in Guilty Crown or Sword Art Online.
Not to mention the animation is a big thing for me in anime. Naruto isn't pretty enough. xD
The Naruto games are alright, I agree. Only have an old version of the Storm game, though. Can't remember which one, but I got it ages ago. xD
