Description
This is Duv, a villain forged in the fires of man's fear. At one time, a benevolent Goblin chieftess striving for peace between her's and all other sentient races--but when a group of fearful humans decided to burn her alive, she took on a new outlook. She now seeks to replace her stolen wing, gather up a great army of goblins and purge the realm of all the non-goblin races.

In my opinion, this is one of the more unsettling villian archetypes; the kind who strongly believe that what they're doing is righteous. In there eyes, their morals aren't skewed or corrupted so they can't really be made to see how crazy they are.
