View of costume: [link]Preview of my Catwoman BJD.
The head is an unknown DIM Minimee head (I don't know who did the faceup, alas...)
and the body *was* an Angell Studio old style 60cm boy body, but I sculpted over it and changed it into a comic book bombshell female body. Yep.
So... Yeah. Still working on her costume. But she was to a point where I felt I could show her off a little bit anyway. lol.
The costume is inspired by the Tim Burton version from Batman Returns, but it's not an exact copy of it. I wanted it to look more patchwork and demented, not so streamlined. Partially because I think it looks freakier, and partially because I simply can't sew well enough to make it look more like Burton's version.

This is really cool. I love this. And for some reason, I just love Tim Burton's Catwoman. I just think she's the best version of Catwoman ever.

It's almost done, really...I just haven't had time to work on it in a while.
All that's left is... I need to make or buy her some boots, and I need to get some more fake leather to make her corset. I tried to do the corset with real leather, since I had a bunch lying around, but that... didn't work out too well. lol.
I am sewing by hand. I don't know how to use a sewing machine. One of these days I'll need to learn that.

Oh man, Ivy's awesome... I should do an Ivy doll one of these days...
(Personally, my favorite is Penguin. I mean hell... avian suicide bomber henchmen and a ragtag gang of pyrotechnic clowns... what's not to love? LOL)
