Isn't this a WW2 propaganda poster? To get females into factories? Thats not very feminist. Thats just the labor party needing more laborerers.

Wikipedia DOcet:
The "We Can Do It!" image was used to promote feminism and other political issues beginning in the 1980s.[1] The image made the cover of the Smithsonianmagazine in 1994 and was fashioned into a US first-class mail stamp in 1999. It was incorporated in 2008 into campaign materials for several American politicians, and was reworked by an artist in 2010 to celebrate the first woman becoming prime minister of Australia . The poster is one of the ten most-requested images at theNational Archives and Records Administration .[

The poster however was made in WW2 indeed to promote females to start working and justify it with their men. However women who did start to work ( especially within factories ) were paid below mininium wage and they had to work like animals and were treated so ( same for men ). Maybe this is a fact many people overlooked. But people that worked during WW2 in America worked for a shitty wage, especially women got underpaid and I'm surprised they used this poster to promote feminism.
