Done in sai/photoshop :2 Lugia has to be one of my most favorite legendaries next to mew. As to justify this speed painting I just wanted to see if I could do it since I have been looking at beautiful digitally painted works and I'm not a wiz at digital art (more into traditional paintings). It wasn't as therapeutic as I would have hoped it would be but I could see myself doing another speed painting sometime.
