Anyway, in this context, I'm using "Shota" to differentiate this depiction of Len with older/more masculine depictions. However, in general, "Shota" refers to little boys. That term originates from the word "Shotacon", short for "Shotaro Complex", and is the gender-flipped version of "Lolicon"/"Lolita Complex". In short, they are terms for sexual attraction to little boys and girls, respectively.
