The clothes is a thing people have done when their parents have put restrictions on their outfits. They were easily changeable clothes over the ones they want to wear and then change after tehy leave their parents and before they see them. it's a rebellion thing.

Hm, Eugene looks like his 26 year old self -- very adult-like and 30-ish looking compared to the other characters in the strip. Maybe without the prominent goatee and more of an adolescent build would do next time to bring the high school feel home for him.

I love that Anna and Elsa are together in the background. What always amazes me is how you draw all these different characters but get them to look exactly like themselves, they all look exactly how they're supposed to look. I know you've had a lot of practice with some characters but then there are the characters like Anna and Elsa and co, and even as new as Moana, it just seems like you can draw any Disney character flawlessly no matter what they come up with. You've really mastered the style. You should go work for them. Seriously they should hire you.
Oh and I just love Gothel's face in the last panel. I live for the purpose of getting people to make that face.
I just zoomed in and saw Merida's teddy necklace and at first I thought it was the bear for Children In Need. Thought I'd point it out cause that could be a cute reference at some point maybe.

Reference pictures. It's all I can say, I view them as puzzles to solve and I look at how the artist have solved it before me, it's much more difficult when I don't have any references to use.

Oh okay, it being a puzzle is a cool way to describe it. I use refs but I can never make them look identical (or near enough) to what they're supposed to look like. You can, so just accept you have talent. And a lot of it.
I live for a lot of things. Laughing is another, but the annoying fangirl needs to see all the DeathEaters making that face.
I just like the bears if I'm honest, the bears are cute. I always liked how he/she (mine was always female, I had one as a child) has an eyepatch because I have a good eye and a bad eye so it was kind of cool that the bear did too.

I don't like the way some people think talent is just a magical thing. I spend hours upon hours almost every day drawing.
I stagnated for years as I didn't readily think of improving, so I spent years fighting and clawing my art to the point it is now.
sorry but the word "talent" is vexing me.

Oh okay. Sorry. I just think you're a good artist. I've seen people who've obviously studied art but don't have the talent and their art really is missing something. You have to have something that can't be taught as well. I'm not too sure what that something is really, but that's what my friend has said about my writing and drawing and I tend to take her word.

Regarding your comment in your notes... I like to think that being friends with him and their blooming relationship is giving her the courage to wear things she wanted to that her parents would never have found acceptable. But yeah, I think that those two are canonically one of the most well done couples Disney has come up with.
