Wow! The movement, the expression, the distant Tardis, the desolate construction site-y place and the looming Gallifrey... This is so foreshadowing.
And, as we all know, foreshadowing is brilliant. Fantastic. Cool.
The attention to details, while still keeping the soft, painted look, is just amazing. The Master's hair, and face, and the numbers on the pipe he's jumping over catch my eyes like... eye-catchers. And the jump, the movement: it looks so real, and flowing, like a photograph taken without flash. Magnetizing, and powerful. Just like the Master
