it doesn't matter if you used your own art.
The point of being a designer is to come up with your own design, which you did not do as pointed out to me by a handful of people who saw both of these.
Orientation, shape of the card, social networks, information layout, wording, etc. are almost exactly the same.
It doesn't help that you just saved mine and went over it, from viewing your exif data.
