Description
This is a reference for my Lost and Forgotten AU Season 3: Silas aka Poltergeist.Poltergeist is a villain of season 1 and 2 and reluctant ally in season 3.
Name: Silas Campbell Mayhew
Alias: Poltergeist
Personality: Silas is quiet and full of bottled frustration and rage looking for a way to come out. He distances himself from everyone and rarely gives a genuine answer about himself. He'll act sarcastic and flirty but a lot of times he doesn't mean it since he's repressing a lot of stuff. In his mind- if he pushes everyone away he can't get hurt again.
With people his age, he's more likely to be a shit starter and sarcastic but people like Lex Luthor, he does as he's told.
When the Justice League comes up, he will make comments about the faults of them.
Powers: invisibility and density shifting (about double the strength of normal Ghost due to the experimentation on him)
Season 1:
- In Gotham people are being attacked claiming of a ghost child doing it- they soon show up dead and all associates of Silas's father.
- Robin trying to get into the mystery and finding out where his friend was since he hadn't heard from him since at least May.
- Robin goes to check into Vincent and overhears the man talking when he comes into the room, he sees Silas threatening Vincent with an arm through Vincent's chest and uncovers that Vincent was the one in charge of the murders to cover his tracks and that he gave his son away to be experimented on by Cadmus.
- Silas gets talked down from murdering his father by Robin and things seem to be good however, Vincent tries to kill Robin so Silas kills him to stop that.
- Batman comes in after and tells them they could have done it differently and Silas feels betrayed by the Justice League for not helping Phasma or him.
- Lex Luthor swoops in to help Silas and gives testimony for the boy so he's sent to an institution for 4 years (although Silas originally argued against it he conceded)
Season 2:
- He works (mainly) under Lex Luthor to gain dirt on people, espionage, theft and eventually assassinations.
- Silas, now going by Poltergeist (since Ghost died with Phasma), changes his appearance to not look like his father
- Poltergeist is offered to Kaldur's team of young villains to help sneak into the Cave and deal with the Team (but backs out when he sees the torture/metahuman testing causing Kaldur and Artemis to question if he's as evil as they've been told.
Season 3:
- Dick approaches Poltergeist to join his group to help with the metahuman trafficking ring and his team of Outsiders. Poltergeist does- emphasizing he's only doing it temporarily.
- Poltergeist has some bottled up rage issues so Dick has Conner working with him but OOPS Silas steals M'Gann's man. (he's not sorry)
- Poltergeist is forced to change to hero-ish wear for some of the missions but uses his own mask.
