Hi there (Wow I haven't been on dA in a while)
I drew this with a fairly fine pointed pen. I then photographed it and used photoshop to add the colour, painted via a tablet.

Whenever I listen to this song I always pictured some guy in a wheelchair with no legs or something, either that or a same sex couple, and I think you leaving out the lower half of the "body" conjured up that image for me.
Nice play on "words" with the Rib cage btw.
