Sorry for the horrible quality, I'm working on making it so you can actually see it, but since I'm worse on computers then I am at normal drawings... don't get your hopes up to see that anytime soon. Also, in the coming days there will be two more pages (ish)
This was inspired by about three things:
Sandy, from Rise of the Guardians, defiantly my favorite and he didn't even need to try to make it there
The song, my dad made this song up for me and my sisters to go to sleep to, and to this day I have trouble keeping my eyes open when I hear it... Or sing it to myself, as the case is.
The fact that when I was a kid I never tried to stay awake to see the tooth fairy or catch Santa, but to see the Sandman, and this is why Sandy didn't have to try.
Call me a weird kid if you want but as a kid my favorite 'make believe' (if you are so rude to call them that) people were the sandman... and Jake Frost, and no, I'm not saying that because of the movie. It's true, though no one would be able to confirm it (didn't talk about that stuff much). As a kid I loved the idea of someone going around and making all the frost on the windows or designing snowflakes and such, but even more I loved the idea, and continue to, that a magical man made of sand, or that could control sand, what have you, made us sleep at night, no matter how much we wanted to stay awake ^^

EDIT: Ok, so I tried to make it better, but since I only have paint... it turned out worse, I still uploaded it if you REALLY want to see my fail, but I'm not doing that to the rest. Maybe just the words. Also, eventually I will be going to my friend s house and she has a scanner I can use ^^
