To create a stamp,you download a stamp template from deviantART (I used this one: [link] ),open it with a graphic program, with which you can work with layers (for example GIMP, which IΒ΄m using.) and add a layer (or more, if you wanna make an animated stamp) under it. Then save it as a PNG (or GIF) image.
