No this is not Kristine and Mark, Kristine is a Brunette.
THis is Mark and Elizabeth. His little sister. Yes, its supposed to look a little....incest-y because Elizabeth is beginning to get confused about her feelings for her older brother, especially since she's getting jealous of all the time him and Kristine are together, and what time she doesnt spend with Mark anymore.
