Description "The Most Interesting Spy" (I'm SO unoriginal I just repeat previously-used titles in other languages, go figure.)

Of the (now) five characters to get more detailed hair based off Pybun's Badlands reskins , Spy's the last for now. Femscout was the first when I got the idea to try editing dudescout's file to fit her head. Then I went 'well fuck, sniper, scout, and medic's are practically PRE-MADE', and then I did theirs. Spy, however, has no hair in Pybun's files due to his mask, so this was made today over the course of a few hours using a HEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAVILY edited version of sniper's hair. It's also on the brown version of his hair because the linework won't show up on his normal black hair. Shame. Other than Pybun's lovely linework, the rest had to be completley re-painted by me to be more detailed. I think in the end this one is SLIGHTLY more re-painted/edited than femscout's? Though hers needed a lot of re-touching too.

Oooh thanks! The camera settings are... well I don't have a picture, but SSAO Bias is about 2/3rds dragged to the right, Strength is halfway, and Radius is a little past bias. I usually turn off motion blur since I can usually make better motion blur in GIMP if I need to (I usually don't use it though), then I set the DOF settings to 128 for rendering, if I can. 64 has pretty much no difference from it, but any lower and a lot of jagged lighting starts to appear (called 'light artifacts' I think), and volumetric lights will appear uneven and have lines in them. Otherwise I tend to have full radius with lights, that makes them appear much smoother. Things with a gobo texture like in this poster usually have a radius of... something like .1, usually very low but still present.

LATELY though my computer has really been acting up, posters will render with some tiles missing (which appear just fully black), and it can't handle high settings. I edit all my posters, but for the past several, the DOF settings are set to the default 'use camera settings', and I just smooth out any jagged light artifacts in editing later. Usually just with the smudge tool, at 30-ish% opacity, I take a semi-soft brush and generally follow what things already look like... I try not to change things too much, just make what's already there look better.

I actually happened to get pretty lucky with this one, it didn't need MUCH editing in the end, but this is what it looked like straight out of sfm- i.gyazo.com/dd69c712635e7d115b…

Thanks for the watch and fave by the way.
