Large equine-like ears, that swivel for all-around hearing.
Deer-like neck
Huge flight muscles that slightly overlap the shoulder
Cheetah/greyhound-like body and forelimbs
Thin deer-like hindquarters
Upright thin boxy cloven hooves on hindleggs
Single 'spur' or 'spike' on the back of each hind fetlock
Long lion-like tail
Long hair-mane on head not neck
Tufty 'mane' on spine above handleggs

Eyes can be, liquid, cat-like, goat-like, human-like, or even snake-like.

~~~~~~~~~Hands/paws~~~~~~~~~~~

The paw is like a very long hand, with extensive webbing between the toes, so it looks like a normal small cat-paw with retractible claws from a distance.

The paw/toe-pads are dew-drop shaped so they can grip and handle delicate objects.

The thum curls up (again looking like a retractible dew-claw) but can extend down to form an oposable usuable thumb.

They are great designers of head-jewelery, beadwork for thier hair and the likes.
They love weaving rugs for thier hard clay floors. The tunnels are quite plain without thier tapestries and lavish velvit-like curtains.

Wingshape is like a wedgetail eagle's, built more for soaring and dive-speed. actual flight takes too long and they travel on foot for larger distances. The front muscles overlap the actual shoulders and connect to a horse-like chest muscle, then ofcourse the larger muscles from the wing over the back of the leg and over the ribcage.

They love jewelery, beadwork, weaving, rug-making. Anything insanely detailed and intricate. Think art neuvou.
