Pretty soothing colors....Hell - the perfect blending of the colors blue and white even makes me feel wet - Those clouds and the fact that she's flying through the sky just looks so real..

She c: And the Luck Dragon was actually the same kind of dragon as Meian, a Ying Lung. Ying Lungs traditionally are entirely furry, very long, and have feathered wings. Meian needs her scales for protection and so she never lost them ^^

Really beautiful, I love the detail on the wings and the hindfeet. Though I don't think the wing should have been behind her whisker there - it looks too scrunched up that way and like it can't really support her. I think the wing should be coming towards the viewer more, and maybe even a blur effect would look really nice.
