Your style is very cute.
I feel like in some instances hard-cell shading would lend to your work. Your proportions dont seem too off, which is really good, but as you develop as an artist make sure you reference real life and draw from real life so that you can become better. I have noticed in your gallery that you havent drawn any backgrounds, and i definitely think you should try to draw perspective and landscapes when youre ready.

yeah, i'm mostly just too lazy to do shading most of the time, and i've been working on proportions and anatomy (also whenever i shade it usually looks bad so i just tend to not)
and i'll take your advice on using real life references! (and the shading i've just kinda been ignoring, but i'll work on it)
and backgrounds i've always been bad at, but i do want to try improving at it soon!

You're welcome! Just do your best and work hard at what you want to improve. Some artists think using refs is cheating, but it's not. Go outside, look at stuff, and see how light affects objects. Draw things. And eventually you'll be able to draw anything. Practice will get you anywhere with art
