Description This is a landscape panorama of Steavenson Falls, located just to the South East of Marysville, Victoria. Steavenson Falls cascade approximately 82 meters to the point where this shot was taken making them one of the largest in Victoria.

This location is a beautiful part of the Australian landscape. The lush river fed valleys look almost tropical in summer, yet in the hills and mountains of the Great Dividing Range surrounding it the terrain is incredibly rugged with tall gum tree's dominating the rock covered ranges.

Part of my inspiration for my latest works has been to show everyone the amazing diversity of Australia and its natural features. It gives me no greater pleasure than to head into nature every odd weekend for some bushwalking and photography. It was good to have *maxiumas join me this time around so be sure to check out his gallery here: [link]

Beautiful panorama and a very nice bridal veil effect on the waterfall.

Indeed... makes the trek worthwhile. The IR shot didn't really work out. Too much grain and the pano won't stitch.

Yeah my IR shot wasnt great i have a massive hot spot right in the middle which is on the tree that i was trying to focus on! i got the post porduction down pat.

u mean the pano in which u just hand held the camera and went to town on the photos and your wondering why they wont stitch?? haha
