They actually make a lot of sense biologically, assuming non carbon baseing, suits, and/or cybernetics

most of your aliens are awesome except for the generic bird-like alien, but whatever they are all plausible considering the universe has infinite possibilities for alien life to arise, the first one is like a circular jelly blob with seemingly floating eyes living in a enviro-mecha-suit, the second one could be a electromagnetic lifeform that lives in a metallic planet and moves like a mini-constellation, the third one could be a silicon based alien that floats via magnetism with floating crystals as telekinetic manipulators, the fourth one could be bizarre arthropod disguising as a hand, the fifth one would be quirky redesign of the slitheen from dr. who with their claws being retractable in their tube-like fingers, the seventh one could be swarms of synthetic worms controlling artificial suits, the eighth one is weird with it's upside-down eyestalks and their odd arrangement of two legs and their little wings being sensitive ears protected by strong jelly, the ninth one is great with it's green eye & pupil and it's armored eyelids and also their shell probably housing their brain, the tenth one could be a synthetic drone that observes and protects the ecosystem, the 11th one could be a snail-sized cell with their organelles being complex including it's organelle "eyes" and their tooth-like membranes as manipulator organs, and the final one is like it has stitched tentacles and their LED-like communicator forming expressions, what do you think about my descriptions?

Anything that can't be explained by natural evolution is a mad scientist playing god.

That second one looks like it could be a living constellation.

Most of these aliens actually are scientifically possible, even the robotic aliens.

principally if you trhow the multiverse theory into the equation, but thinking again,Β anything becomesΒ scientifically possible if you throw in the exitence of multiple universes, so there's that.

Honestly any of these can be scientifically possible sense planets different then earth that still bear life may have different elements so beings on those planets may evolve differently and planets that are more closely similar to earth in mass, oxygen levels ect. may have beings that have more human features.

I love the crystal one, that could exist in a planet with a strong magnetic fiels and move usind magnetic levitation.

I love these aliens. They're just the kind I am looking for for my webcomic idea I'm coming up with. I will give you a creature creation credit or maybe we could collaborate. If you have the time to work with a fluffy gentleman with
glasses.

I like the floating crystal one. ^_^
Seems I have a thing for crystalline aliens, especially if they float. This proved fatal when I played video game once, saw a floating crystal alien, and went running up to it while saying, "Ooh, shiny!" Yeah... Turns out, the alien could focus light through its body and shoot lasers. XD

eh, scientifically plausible is great fun, the only problem is most scientists have all their imagination either tied up with physics or locked into all the details of how things work as observed that they don't have room for exploring how neat things really are.
For a good example how zany 'plausible' can be go watch alien planet or read expedition...
granted that was an ARTIST who decided to make plausible aliens but its great fun.

These are all extremely awesome!
Each of them would be completely possible in the correct condiotions.
It all depends on where and how they evolved.
I can't choose favorites. C:
