Don't say that, I've seen some of your pictures and you can do nice background if you give it some time (like here ) (:

Well if you feel like your backgrounds are not good enough then try to draw some landscapes, trees, bush... use some reference or just pay attention to details when you are out somewhere... that is what I try to do (: Backgrounds in general tend to take more time than the main focus in the picture, sadly
