I totally love this classy style. Just reminded me of some old story books. And Chara looks so adorable here. This is may be a cover book of their story (or whole Undertale story?)
And yeah, I started to love Chara, too. Their interesting complicated personality (as, of course, a not-truly-evil human child), and their sweet smile. Sure their smile is special, since Asriel seems very loved it, and their game sprite... It was only them who has that bright, rosy smile
(That's why I mostly drawn Chara with more beauty and sophisticated features than Frisk)

my headcannon is that chara was really pretty, caring with good manners (because of living with the dreemurrs) a bit sassy and snarky xD

I thought so. They may have some sassy and a bit harsh manners, but deep down they actually care about anyone else (especially The Dreemurrs) so much.
In me, Chara looks more like a noble woman (just imagine of Marie Antoinette in modern style, maybe?) with blushy cheek and wavy hair, while Frisk has a bob-cut straight hair and narrow eyes--but still, they also has their own inner beauty.
