Thanks for such a nice compliment. She is a lovely cat. Her name is Possum. She's 16-1/2 years old. She was my sister's cat originally, and I've had her for the last 13 years.

My sister and brother-in-law named her. They thought her profile looked like a possum's. Wow, you're practically a baby (I know, you probably don't like that) but when you get to be my age . . . !!! And I feel very blessed to have such a lovely cat.

Thanks for your nice comments. Yes, it is a sepia filter. I shot the picture in color, but when I downloaded it and looked at it, I thought it would look good in black and white with a warm filter. I tried the warm filter and it was okay, then I tried a kind of golden hue and that was okay, but when I tried the sepia, I really liked the way it looked. I'm a bit prejudiced, but I think Possum is beautiful, too. She's my "little old lady" cat. She's 16-1/2 years old now. But she still has the heart of a kitten and can be playful at times.
